Amid the growing emphasis on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and corporate ESG indicators, TPEx places high importance on sustainable development issues for innovative enterprises. This event invited 10 startups related to sustainable ESG applications, including: Geyuan Social Enterprise creating green gold through agri-solar symbiosis; WanCao Manufacturing producing eco-friendly straws while boosting rural economy; Hightek developing smart power management systems; Siung Tsai Dazhi transforming textile waste into recycled plastic pellets; CloudThink optimizing enterprise paperless workflows; Sustaihub providing greenhouse gas inventory guidance and sustainability report preparation; Synful offering global smart gifting services; Jingubang providing cloud-based property management services; Hermess creating eco-friendly and performance events; and Sophie Nutrition producing alternative proteins through microorganisms.

TPEx President Ms. Ai-Ling Lee stated that according to the "2024 IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook" published by the Swiss-based IMD, Taiwan ranked 8th among 67 evaluated economies. Among economies with populations exceeding 20 million, Taiwan has maintained the world's number one position for four consecutive years, demonstrating Taiwan's robust innovation development capacity. Under the ecological impact of environmental pollution and climate change, the concept of sustainable investment is rapidly advancing. When making investment decisions, investors now consider ESG factors in addition to financial information. Today's event focuses on "innovation" and "sustainability" as its two key themes, aiming to help enterprises connect resources and accelerate growth through matchmaking, build a more comprehensive startup investment environment, and help achieve the triple-win goal of environmental, social, and economic sustainability.

PwC Taiwan Chief Operating Officer Sheng-Chung Hsu stated that TPEx has long been dedicated to supporting innovative enterprises and continues to create a friendly fundraising environment. PwC has also been deeply cultivating the startup industry for many years, with "Fostering Innovation x Post-acceleration" as its core, combining financial, tax, legal, and management consulting services. Over the past 5 years, it has successfully assisted nearly 50 potential startups in raising a total of nearly NT$700 million and has facilitated multiple business partnerships, creating win-win situations for enterprises and startup partners.

TPEx actively assists quality enterprises in entering the multi-tier capital market to grow and thrive.
